Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. You can do this from your booking confirmation. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us at 530-423-3161.

Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
